How do I place an order?
To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Currently, we do not accept Cash on Delivery and PayPal.
When will my order arrive?
An order can take anywhere between 7-25 working days to arrive, and is mainly dependent on your location. Please allow an extra 10 days during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year..). We appreciate your patience! Shipping is delayed between 15th Jan to 10th Feb 2020. You can reach out to us in case you need support for order placed between the dates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations. Best of all, it's free above $50! We do not ship to DPRK and China. For shipping to Brazil, please enter your CPF Number in the message box at checkout. For shipping to South Korea, please enter your PCC or Date of Birth in the message box.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple locations depending upon product availability and shipping destination. We usually ship from Singapore, China or USA.
Do I have to pay additional customs or taxes?
No, there are no additional customs or taxes to be paid by our customers.
Is my payment secure?
We process all card payments through a payment software system and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information. The only information we receive is your name, delivery address and email/phone number.
When and where do I enter my discount code?
Your discount code can be added at checkout. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum while applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
All US and European orders will come with a tracking number. It can take 1-4 days for the tracking number to update once the order has been shipped.
There's something wrong with my order - What now?
This rarely happens, but we will take full responsibility when it does. We will ship you the correct item at no additional cost AND you can keep the wrong product as compensation.
Was my order successful?
You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of placing your order. There may be an issue with the order if you don't receive an email confirmation. Please contact us immediately email at email@example.com
I want to return my order - How?
As a customer, you have the right to return and receive a full refund or exchange of any purchased products within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our return policy page for more information. With our easy return policy, you can create and manage your return in one place.
Have you received my return?
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service team with your order and tracking number.
